^lol. You just answered my question with a question. Clever.

Ok, thanks. It's clear now that it doesn't have anything to do with the topic so wooooooosh.

Well, if that is the case, then the guy's a braggart.
There's a fine line between confidence and cockiness.

i think people that have class should be able to deal with anyone of any "social class" with dignity or professionalism without being patronizing.

stuck up people can't.

To me, the term "stuck-up" defines a person who thinks that they are better than everybody else when the truth is the opposite of that. It's the person who looks down their nose on people and classify others as their "equal" or their "lower".

I agree. I've never been called stuck-up because I'm usually very modest about myself. I don't think having a high confidence means you're stuck up, either. I know what's it's like to have an extremely low self-esteem and a high confidence first hand. Just because I'm confident now, doesn't mean I'm stuck up. You can be confident but reserved at the same time.

And for the braggart question..I think people who brag about themselves aren't too stuck-up. Maybe just conceited.

I've been labeled 'stuck-up' and having class...so I don't know what to say to this...I just be myself and sometimes its hard for others to communicate with me I guess because of how I act in the room. I'm shy, quiet speaker but once I'm broken I am very outgoing. When I walk into a room I have a lot of confidence and some poeple are offended by that, since I have confidence in myself they believe I am stuck-up. Maybe because they have low self esteem? I don't know.

If that made any sense huh.gif

Having class is really just being able to handle the worst of situation without losing your cool and still hold on to your composure.
It's knowing how to act without offending anybody yet still be true to yourself.
