If the image is small and you want it bigger, it's better to find another picture the same or different because it will be pixelated.

I know a way but sometimes it's okay or blurry but you can try it. It might work if you try it.

Take the image you want paste it on Paint. Take the corners and move it to whatever size you want. DON'T use the sides thats how it comes out a lot more blurry/pixelated.

Or you could make it have a soft look and it won't look pixelated by duplicating the image layer and setting the top to soft light and put a gaussian blur on the bottom layer.

^ I don't think soft looks will look good in vectors like that. (x

Well, it doesn't pixelate for me. I tried resizing it down in photoshop, doesn't look pixelated to me. I can do it for you. What size do you want? (It's currently 550x550)

no, what she means is the image you posted is already 550x550 and what size do you want it?

you can easily resize by opening it up to paint and going to image>>resize/skew and then the resize, you do a random percent [same on top and bottom] that's under 100% and keep doing that until you find the right size. i recommend keep trying a80%-90% each time until you're satisfied. it wont be pixelated that way...

I didn't realize what type of image it was before I posted that. Yeah, and you're right. That would look bad.

um. you gotta make sure it's unselected first. i used to use paint all the time when i didnt have photoshop and trust me, it resizes just as well as photoshop does without becoming pixelized. o_o I've also done it with more than one computer so I know it works, so it's either gotta be you're doing something wrong, making something up, or your computer just flat out sucks with paint. -.- plus, you never said what size you wanted.
