Where can I find free anti-virus software to download? |

I have some kinda annoying virus on my computer that puts links on words (words which had no link before) and it goes to http://www.srch-results.com/lm/dir_rxt.asp?k=new when clicked on. Apparently it's just web-related, that seems to be all it does. I deleted a lot of programs and made sure I had no extra toolbars. I need to find some free anti-virus software to download to remove this problem.
