Anyways, they look pretty good. Image quality could be better in a few (may just be the cB uploader though, I know how that is. hahaha), and your font choice is a little eh. But I like them.
I love the dance avatar.

They look nice but I think you need to try a variety of fonts since they seem to be similar and a tad boring if it's gonna be used on all of you're graphics.

My favorite is the A&F polo because I like the way it's set up on it and I have it.

Well, make icons that you're into like TV, music, etc. It's a plus if you make some that other people are into it as well.

I really like your style. I like your icons the only thing that I don't like is that most of them have that brown // tan effect; doesnt show as much vibrant colors. But it's cool, that's your style. I like the vengaboys one, I had hella forgot about that band.

You have a really good eye. Like others have suggested though, I would try to experiement a little. You've got the soft icon down (the fill layer, exclusion, etc thing - not that that's what you're doing, just reminds me of that style), so now let's shake it up! Try something bold and download some new fonts. =)

They do seem a bit all the same. Try to experiment, like what Rebecca said, rather than washing out the colors, try to enhance certain features within the colors. Play with each image and treat each image as a different image, rather than applying the same effect to all. Not saying there's anything wrong with it, but, experimenting never got anyone hurt.

You know what's fun that you haven't even touched? Masking! Masking is the best tool on earth. I freakin' love masking, as everyone who knows me can tell you. I also love fonts, which can sometimes get me into trouble. There's a list of font guides there. That site also has a bunch of icon tutorials that can teach you a thing or two about making cool n' funky icons.

The other thing that no one else really mentioned is that your crops are all the same. I mean, there's nothing wrong with that and maybe it's just the fact that I mostly do animated icons, but doing the same crop over and over can get pretty boring to look at. For you, I mean, not the viewer.

Really look at your images. Think about what you want to focus on and just crop that section. If you want what would normally be the centre to be off centre, you can do that. It makes your icons more dynamic and not so much same ol' same ol'. Make sense?

Overall though, you can probably ignore me. I tend to give really crap advice.

I totally agree... why don't you try some different coloring? There's more to life than brown & tan...
