Hollister co. picture effects?

Been wondering for a while (noob at photo editing) How would you do something like this on photoshop? I mean exactly like it.. Borders, logos and all?

Do you mean editing the above picture, or making it from scratch?

Lol, making that from scratch it no simple task.

You can colorize the images to give an old photo/sepia tone effect. Hit Ctrl+U on the layer and be sure to check 'Colorize'. Play with the saturation and brightness. Add a texture on it if you want a more realistic effect. I don't see a logo on what you gave but for the borders, you can use a brush.

i agree textures play a huge role in how the picture looks as old as it does
and border brushes
um... http://84percent.seraphellic.net/ < has some pretty cool border brushes
and http://77words.livejournal.com/ they good good brushes too

as for textures... it varies...

I meant editing it like above. Still a beginner so it puzzles me.. Ohhh, okay, thanks a bunch guys. :)

Brushes textures and color schemes play a big role. I have done stuff like this before, but i forget exactally how. _unsure.gif
