I only like impact if its big, Impact small = hard to read.

I think my favorite would probably be Times New Roman. I also like Arial, Tahoma and Trebuchet MS small.
(btw, I don't think this needs to be closed, no. It's a good topic)

I love Century Gothic and Arial Rounded MT Bold (although I'm not sure the latter is on all computers. It's not on my computer at work...)

I absolutely LOVE Gill Sans MT. It's lovely!

Most of the time I use Verdana though. If I'm feelin' serif, i'll choose Century or Georgia, but NEVER Times New Roman. I hate that font.

Tahoma (small). Times new roman (I love the caps). Georgia (I also love the caps)

Impact does look nice when it's big but when it's small it's bleh.

I use Trebuchet MS a lot.

Papyrus is WAY too overused. I can spot it whenever its used.

My favourite default font would have to be a tie between Palatino Linotype and Georgia. Second favourite would be Trebuchet MS. I also like Tahoma.

Century Gothic, most definitely
and sometimes either Monotype Corsiva // Lucida Handwriting if I'm going for a cursive-y feel. I hate Comic Sans
