Explorer + Firefox compatible? Options

I'm new to overlays and used an overlay generator then customized from there. Being almost satisfied I decided to check my layout in firefox and lets just say it isn't looking too good haha. Div1 doesn't seem to be showing up in firefox, I'm stuck, any suggestions?
