Yeah I'm pretty sure it's just your marquee, with the sliding pictures.

I think it's your marquee too, try using this marquee code instead:

CODE

<MARQUEE WIDTH=200>TEXT/IMG</MARQUEE>

You can change the "200" part to any number you'd like. The bigger the number, the wider the marquee.
