Make my friends table stay put on page, friends table Options

I have a lot of div overlays on my page. Some are text and some pictures. For some reason, when I view my profile in Internet Explorer (the only browser I use), sometimes the friends table shows up right below my business card like I want, and sometime it moves down the page about an inch. I have no idea why this happens. Is there any way to make it stay put every time right below my business card picture? If you need my code from "about me" here it is down below. I have also attached a screen print of the table moving down.

It seems a bit silly to think that you can't make a table on the page stay put all the time. If anyone knows how to make that happen, please help me. I can give you all my code from each area if needed. Thanks everyone. I don't know why it would sometimes show up right below the business card picture and other times it moves down about an inch on the screen. That makes no sense to me.
