What the title says. (Because not everyone can win member of the month every month.) (Staff appreciation allowed here, of course.)
Mark (The Markster), Mike (IvIike), Amanda (blaqheartedstar) - I've noticed these three going around to a lot of the layouts and critiquing them, more than just "this is what I like, this is what I don't like"; they're constructive in their criticism, and I think that deserves some kudos. Alvin (Maestro) - The kid focuses on xanga help so much, and I've seen him in most if not all of the help threads sooner or later, giving individual help for each user; it's admirable.

i appreciate the people who don't jump on the 'it was fantastic, and now it sucks' bandwagon, and actually listen to the suggestions made by people, however ridiculous or just plain stupid and annoying they may seem, with the genuine intent of trying to form a solution.
