profile page messed up? mmm, Myspace comments are coming up to big and messing up the page Options

My friends myspace about me boxes have gone off to the right. Is there anything which would be able to sort this out. I think the problem is caused by the comments. Is there any code which will make the comments small.

ive shrunk the big annoyin image. I think its the text size in the comments people leave. Any code to sort that out? thanks

thanks for your help. Ive used both codes. worked fine. But the comment box is still over-sized. Ive anyone could find a code which resizes the comment box that would be great
