does anyone know the code for the scrolling boxes which you can put HTML and stuff in their pictures links etc.?

You can use the code below for scroll boxes. You can edit the width and height to your liking.
CODE <div style="overflow:auto; width:300px; height:100px;">
Put contents of the box here that you would like to scroll </div> |
