REPLY TO TOPIC: I really wouldn't want to visit hrmm idk germany? it just seems like they shove a lot of army brats there.

Are you serious? Ahhh Germany is like the most beautiful country in Europe. I'd almost kill to get to go back. My Dad grew up over there... and I've never really heard anything about there being alot of "army brats". When guys over there turn 18, they have to serve one year in the military, unless they are continuing their education. But I dont really get how that makes them army brats. mellow.gif

People need to realize that most people who don't want to visit a country think that way not because they hate the country, but the people living there. Me for example, Canada is a beautiful country, but the damn Canadians living there are another story.

Africans are the reason why I don't want to visit Africa. Another beautiful country, but a country filled with monkey brained morons.

Unfortunately, this is just so true. Most countries seem to be at war in one way or another, be it a war of physical violence, or war within society of a country, etc.

That shouldn't hold you back if it were a country you'd like to visit otherwise. There will never be a country or a society that is 100% peaceful.

Israel isn't necessarily a peaceful country, but that would not hold me back from visiting there. What ultimately holds me back are finances and time.

The world doesn't revolve around you buddy. So show some goddamn empathy. You probably eat more in a day than some little 5 year old girls do in a week in some of those countries you'd never want to visit.

I'll be honest I have no idea what country I wouldn't want to visit. My parents have taken me to various places around the world to understand the culture. I'll take a random country and say..er..uh...hmmm...Palau? blink.gif

I just said that because I just had an exam about Palau.

Spain: A country that circles around soccer, brothels and being essentially cruel to pigs.

Liechtenstein: Nobody cares.

Switzerland: It looks too quiet in there that I can't help but think they're up to something.

That, or maybe it's because the United States and Canada are fighting an ongoing war in Iraq. You might have heard about it.

Why don't you show some empathy and cancel your internet subscription and use that money to pay for food for five year old girls.

Not so empathetic now, are you?

The United States and Canada are fighting an ongoing war in Iraq? Really? Where have I been?

I was really just saying that a war shouldn't hold one back in visiting a country they would otherwise visit.
