Ok I know this sounds really stupid and weird but my mom wont let me get colored bras (I have all white but their not like old grandma bras or anything lol). I mean wtf im 14 turning 15 and I cant get a f****** colored bra? How gay is that? Does anyone might know why mom mom wont let me? Im thinking about just going and buying my own, but I want to hear what you people have to say.

she prolly thinks that the only reason you'd care about what bra you were wearing was if you were planning on showing someone...
but I still think it's ridiculous. my mom's the same way, and I'm 16. I have to buy my own, and sometimes she takes them away when she finds them and tells me that I'm a prostitute. she's a major bitch. |

At least for me, I just think if they're colorful it's fun to wear. But you have to be careful that they don't show through your shirts. |

tell her that youre not going to purposely "show off" your colored bra underneath your shirts. tell her that you know what youre doing and you'll mix and match properly.

I think your mother is concerned you want colored bras because you might not be the only person seeing them... she may suspect you want them for "other occasions"... otherwise I can't really think of why she'd be against them. Or maybe she just doesn't want you to flaunt bright bras under shirts. |

haha, at that point to be honest I think I would just go on to victorias secret with my own money and just buy myself a bra. I don't really see why she won't let you except that maybe she thinks sluts wear colored bras or something. I suppose I just never found the point. I have a tan, white, and black bra.
I use to have colors but I got rid of them. Also in a lot of shirts they'll show through which comes off a bit slutty to some people -shrugs- Although I don't see why caring what someone else thinks would be a big deal. |
