im in love with perogies. my dad makes em the good ol ukrainian way. he has the best perogies in the world.... no joke, about 10 major food companies have written to him in the past wanting his recipe. its top secret. he wont even tell me.

So, my dad bought home a Japanese cookbook for me.. I guess it's a sign he's craving Japanese food. I have no idea how to do this since I've never heard of half of the ingredients.
