How constant are you?
Post what you've done to exercise today.

40 minutes running, 30 minutes boxing.

2.2 miles in 22 minutes and 14 seconds. My best time ever whistling.gif I exercise about... 4 times a week, because of PE. Some days it's weight lifting, sometimes cardio, then on Mondays we have the 2.2 mile run.

Quick 2 mile run in 13 minutes. 2 hour dance conditioning (straight working out, not a fun thing) then a 3 hours of classes.

Light walking, and then about a 6k run around the neighborhood, since track season is over for me and I have to keep fit for cross country next year.

Wow so many people exercise. I try to run 1.5-2 miles/day, and I do as many situps/pushups every night as I can (until I can't do them anymore), then I do some yoga to get limber, then go to sleep lol. But I played soccer a couple times a week running 4-5~ miles @ practice and probly 8 miles per game.
And I drive a stick shift with one of the toughest clutches rofl, so it's made my left leg stronger!

And I'm about to leave for a 4 hour dance conditioning followed by a two hour rehearsal.

Today = my lazy ass slack off day. I did like 50 pushups in morning like I always do, went to school and I guess walked around some. I always get a left leg workout because I have possibly one of the hardest clutches to push, and then I walked around @ central market and had to carry a bunch of candy and a carrot cake and flip a few steaks. Hard day.
