The problem with the leniency rule, that came up as soon as it was announced was that, well, Jusun announced it.
As soon as that happened, people took it to mean that the mods weren't going to enforce anything at all, and so everytime someone did something, however 'wrong' it may have been on the grand scale of wrongness, they came back to the mods with 'WHAT ABOUT LENIENCY???!!1?!?/!?' Therefore, the whole 'leniency' concept had to be revisted. The problem being that we can't just say 'no more leniency,' because as Elba and others have pointed out, that comes off as Nazi-ish, or whatever. And we can't declare leniency, because, frankly, it doesn't work in practice. Dilemna. Basically, we're stuck with the only possible solution being that everyone chills out. Use some common sense, people! OK, the mods need not to warn so harshly, fine. The members need, then, to accept that sometimes they WILL be warned, and not to spaz about it everytime, and make a scene. If there is a problem with ONE instance (let's use Elba's warning as an example), we don't need to make a Feedback thread about it, and make it a 'let's humiliate suchandsuch' thread. Try and take it up with either the mod responsible, or with an Admin. We only really need a Feedback thread, or a post in Mod Performance if it is really important, or ongoing. Basically, every time someone makes a thread, or a post, it devalues the rest of them, because eventually, and not to point fingers here, because there are faults on both sides, it just comes of as either whining, or a personal issue. JUST. CHILL. EVERYONE. |

Oh, but you can call kryo an idiot?
Anyway, Lucy is stupid, in my opinion. I just love it when she tries to put members down and treats them like they're the stupid ones. What is she, 14? Bitch, please stop. |

^Yea she just turned 14 from my knowledge. But Elba brings up a good point. If she can't call Lucy or anyone for that matter a simple and common word like idiot then it doesn't give you the right or anyone on staff to call anyone an idiot.
its not going to happen though and people call others names all the time on this site so I don't see where this could be going. |

Yes I have been guilty of calling someone an idiot who hasnt? I'm not here to get technical with anyone right now.All I said that there is no reason to be namecalling ok?
You dont have to take my advice it was a mere suggestion..make it atleast a little more comfortable in here. |

I can't respond to anyone calling people names, because I haven't witnessed the things that people are referring to. It seems to me like people just expect the mods to be at their jobs, so even when they do good work people are still in the mindset that they're bad at what they're doing.

^x2 No, not really. At least for me. I think a lot of the mods do a good job. Just there are some that just make to many mistakes. And when they are doing their job correctly I don't usually say anything because there is nothing to comment on that they need improving. For the time being, there hasn't really been a mod that has stuck out to me in the short time I was gone and I would come and look back at this place.
It could possibly be because of school ending soon and all the exams but it just seems weird that all these new people were put on staff to help out and I guess have more people to fill in the shoes of the others that aren't around as much and it doesn't seem like much has changed except for some people complaining about them |

Elba, Mona was still an Admin until recently, but she has been somewhat inactive due to certain circumstances, so I recommend you try another of the current Admins.
And no one really needs to call anyone an idiot, whether they are a member or a mod, and so could we all try and at least be productve, rather than name-calling. I mean, Holly's right in that it does happen, and will happen, but there's really no need to perpetuate it just to prove a point. |

I was suspended for this.
http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php...p;#entry2555060 QUOTE The mods make way too many mistakes and don't admit them when they do make them. How is that against the rules? Furthermore, I demand my warning level reduced immediately and apologies from all involved. Also, I expect brownsugar to resign ASAP. |

No... I was suspended right after making that post. I don't see where I posted pictures or made inappropriate comments, bashing, or harassing anyone, unless you count that post as harassing the mods, which it absolutely is not.
I guess the only thing you guys have left is to fabricate stuff. |

Nah, we have to continue acting good. That way it shows that they're really abusing their power.
QUOTE You were suspending right after making that post, because you made that post when your past suspension was over. In a perfect world, you would've been suspended before making that post. =] ... wasn't I suspended before making that post? Let's forget the fact that the suspension was not at all legitimate for a second. So I was suspended, then I posted after my suspension was over. How does that warrant being suspended again? Say what? QUOTE No one's fabricating anything. You seem to have forgotten the chain of usernames you made violating your original suspension, which you used to bash, spam and post inappropriate picture (as your warning level originally stated). I hope I jogged your memory. Show me, I'd like to see. |

All this time the mods have been saying "SHUT UP AND TAKE YOUR MEDICINE, CITIZEN." It's just funny how your last post makes this statement literal |

While under suspension you did make duplicate accounts that were linked by your IP. Some of these accounts were used to post highly graphic pictures.
The accounts: brownass k-r-y-o k.r.y.o. homochrome brownsugarisacoward brownshitface brownniggard brownshitter brownsugar. |

Oh come on. Now you're just making things up to point out abuses of power. EVERYBODY, no matter who they are, continues to get suspended when they create new accounts to evade punishment. You know what you did, you did it on purpose, and we all know why you're doing it. At least try to catch someone actually making a mistake rather than calling them out for doing their job correctly. That makes you look bad, not them. Grow up.
