That's true, but personally I think a lot of it has to do with wushu training.
You do have to build up some sort of air to do aerials, butterfly kicks and twists if you really want to go for performance team at my kung fu school... but never a backflip. |

It is possible buy a trampoline try handsprings on there
then use Cushions/Mats Then try it grass i learnt them yesterday that exact way i had a friend to do flips with me but they didnt support me in anyway physically |
