Definition

Some people get confused or don't really know the complete definition for "Anime" or "Otaku" is. So here are the definitions to help you out!

Anime: a style of animation originating in Japan. It is sometimes referred to by the portmanteau Japanimation. Anime is characterized by stark, colorful graphics and stylized, colorful images depicting vibrant characters in a variety of different settings and story-lines, aimed at a wide range of audiences. Anime may be broadcast on television, distributed on media such as DVDs or published as console and computer games. Anime is usually influenced by Japanese comics known as manga.
Otaku: a variety of geek (or an overly obsessed fanboy / fangirl) specializing in anime and manga.

I've been watching Bleach again after stopping after the first episode. laugh.gif It's pretty good. I'm only up to episode 11 though.

I've been watching Detective Conan and Outlaw star.

EDIT // I just started Deathnote right now, holy crap its frikin good. Its just the first episode too :P

ranma 1/2 is soo good.
man theres so many volumes out there... one day i'll try to buy and read them all. i heard the anime doesnt really answer questions. its ends with him meeting his mom. :O
