lol wow DD at 13? that's just crazy...if you're a small girl then having small boobs isn't that bad. i'm only a B cup and i'm perfectly fine with it. it's what i was given so yeah. there's really nothing wrong with small boobs..it's perfectly fine. they're not everything.. :\
