Completely agree. Also come to the fact that she makes a lot of mistakes and really needs to read stuff before posting so people wouldn't have to follow her around and fix her mistakes. May I ask what mistakes I have made where someone has had to "fallow me around and fix" them? |

Well if you don't remember you do repeat a lot of answers in help topics and you have posted in the faq's in the past and would pretty much repeat what was already in there. Also I'm sure theres more of course most of them are already fixed so I suppose there isn't much I can do now.
Although I think you could probably work on what Elba said |

It's not that I don't remember, it's because I haven't noticed. I still don't understand the whole fallow and fix deal.
Can I have an example please? (Like a link to a post) And I'd like to assure you ALL who is wondering, I don't think I'm all high and mighty so please stop assuming and making generalizations. |

Well if I'm just comming of that way there's no need to make generalizations first, now is there? And I'd like to ask again for that example. And another question, if this has been happening for a while why hasn't someone confronted me sooner? |

HELLO No one said they thought you were high and mighty. I said you acted like it. Stop acting all high and mighty if you want us (including those who "is" wondering) to stop "making generalizations"about you. |

^ (To Mr. Spam) Actually Elba's and Create Yourself's feed back has been the only shall I say "not so good" feed back I've ever gotten so no, no one has confronted me until now.
Even so if they've been "fixed" there should be some way of showing me. Or perhaps you could write out a realistic example of what had happened? |

^yea, if you go look in the debate James use to tear people to shreds over simple grammar mistakes that it would people not even want to go in the forum anymore because of him. He probably still does it because hes so ignorant to the fact that they don't care. Why was the guy above me post deleted? I don't think there was anything wrong with it except the fact that the account was only mainly made for spam Holly, that's tired. Get over your boyfriend's issues, already, because OOPS, maybe people don't care. If you have something relevent to myt ability to mod, please, discuss it. |

Completely agree. Also come to the fact that she makes a lot of mistakes and really needs to read stuff before posting so people wouldn't have to follow her around and fix her mistakes. The feedback should be contructive critism. I'd have to disagree with you. I think she's doing a fine job. Of course people make mistakes while they're adapting to being on staff. In response to her posting the same answers a lot, a lot of times people ask the same questions.

^I agree. I think that it`s not her fault if she is repeating herself, it`s just those who ask the questions are too lazy, or unaware, to check if their question/problem has already been answered/solved in a previous post.

The mods make way too many mistakes and don't admit them when they do make them.

The mods make way too many mistakes and don't admit them when they do make them. I think they own up to them eventually. I think its just so many people have to actually tell them about it and give them in depth constructive criticism... I suppose its not a bad thing, but its nothing to worry to much about it. You just move on and not worry about it as much and they work on the problem behind the scenes even if they don't openly admit to it. Or well I think they do anyway |

Technical mistakes are forgivable if they are committed in moderation! I remember screwing up the first couple of times when I was a mod. I would be angry if someone didn't give me a chance to learn things. Now, if these mistakes are made again and again, wow, the mod shouldn't even be on the computer because it might blow up.

Sometimes it takes more than a generalization for someone to have a wakeup call & fix their mistakes. :P |

What happened to the leniency that was discussed last year? Where'd that all go?
