I'm calling out Monochrome for selective enforcement of the rules.

I think Diana's doing a good job, but I do have a point to bring up. When you're telling people about the rules that they have "broken", I think that you shouldn't use the word "Fail". For me, it just seems so negative and harsh.

Hmm I use fail only to james and Podomaht since they use it so negitive and harshly to others.
But i dont really use it to other members.

As usual you are word picking.And there was more issued to the Warning then what he told you.I wasnt able to re edit the warning note but he was warned for spaming,member bashing [including me],and failure to remove image tags when quoting.

Blatant ignorance of forum/topic rules (i.e., Member Photos: there's a rule that you must thumb pictures that stretch out the forums, and if you keep doing it after you're warned, it is considered spam, or warning-worthy)

And just to clarify, I'm talking specifically in the case of image tags, thumbing, and the such. No one's going to get off of something like member bashing because they "forgot."

Verbal warnings for not removing image tags from quotes are issued all the time.Most people stop and the ones that dont get reminded a couple times more and then we would warn them.

Completely agree. Also come to the fact that she makes a lot of mistakes and really needs to read stuff before posting so people wouldn't have to follow her around and fix her mistakes.

I think all of the mods need to be accountable. Whenever they make a mistake and someone calls them out on it, they try to point out faults in the users and try to divert attention away from their own mistakes. And if that fails, they set your posts to invisible or delete them.

^yea, if you go look in the debate James use to tear people to shreds over simple grammar mistakes that it would people not even want to go in the forum anymore because of him. He probably still does it because hes so ignorant to the fact that they don't care.
