I was warned and my posts were being previwed by moderators AFTER I immediately stopped when I was given the verbal warning.

What the hell happened to getting a verbal warning and not actually getting warned until you did something bad?

So yeah, why did Elba get warned? I don't even understand why she went under mod preview either.

She stopped when she was told to and after the warning was issued. How does stopping what she did, abiding by the rules, and listening to the mod's transcend into giving a member warning? So now you give warnings for having people listen when you give out warnings? Might as well keep on bashing and spamming it up >=D

there was a rule stating in that thread about using derrogitory remarks for hispanics.You disreguarded that rule.You were given a verbal warning.When you decided to get out of hand and argue and spam and failed to stop bashing lucy in the same thread you had a warning increase.

When i tryed talking to you IN PRIVATE you stuck your nose up to it because you prefer to make a public spectacle about it.I will not bicker with you on public threads.I have given you enough explanation.And I will not continue this further.

And to add, wasn't there something said before about people posting pictures that weren't themselves? Because Jason or someone like that was posting some other guys pictures in the members pictures to get others to bash them or what not?

Well she posted one of my favorites.

Not much of a bash there.

But posting pictures of another member without permission/to mock.degrade/bash a member is frowned upon and from what ive seen the pictures can be removed by request.
