i'm not afraid to get older. i'm still waiting for all my firsts though, like turning 18, first vote, turning 21, all that. this topic reminds me of the movie "Bicentennial Man" and how he went through 3 people's lives and watching them grow. it looks a bit scary but i can't wait to see what's coming next.

Yes. I'm afraid.
I didnt get enough of childhood years with a family of seven people. Life isnt easy to be the youngest isolated child.

I already think to myself, "Wow, a year already?" I made a blog about it recently.

Anyway, yeah, I am scared of getting older. Like you, I tend to be pretty lazy and wonder how I'll be able to fend for myself. I suppose I'll find a way when the time comes, but it's just a very overwhelming topic to think about.

Life isnt so great when you have to be the leader/oldest child of 6 kids.

Now at 17 im all out on my own,I barely grasp on the to concept of being on my own...

I`m so scared of getting saggy skin and wrinkles. But i`m not scared of being older. haha. thats so paradoxical. I can`t wait to meet myself when i`m older. I just don`t want to look like death. wink.gif

^^^because they have nothing else to do, and triple word scores make them giggle..

Honestly, I think everyone at some point in their life is a little afraid of growing up, I know I have been, but I'm also excited of what just may be around the corner. What I'm really afraid of? Dying a horrid, painful death.

but yeah....Maybe I'll be a great scabble player when I'm in the retirement home.... rolleyes.gif
