1. Should people be forced to be organ donors
no way. people have religions and beliefs and they should have there own option on how they want their body used as when they die. 2. In order for you to recieve an organ you must be a organ donor no. not at all once again it may be against your religion. people need there rights. 3. Should family member be allowed to contest the deceased of being an organ donor(even if the person chose to be a organ donor, after the person dies the family does not want to donate their organs) the family should choose if the person did not make a disicion. if the person chose to be an organ donar there organs should be donated...if they said distinctly they did not want to be one, they should not be |

Um...but their families wouldn't need their organs. If they do, then yes, it belongs to them first. That's only because they need it.

im saying if they never made a desision...then it should be up to the family. i don't think people should be forced to do anything like that...a lot of this is related to religion...i guess it might be selfish to keep them but i sitll htink it should be you choice

yeah but once you are dead you have no chioces so....
QUOTE no. not at all once again it may be against your religion. people need there rights. Okay that goes to the give and recieve. It makes no sense how if you are in need of an organ and some gives it to you that you refuse to give an organ to someone else. |

Yeah, also...what exactly do you mean by religious purposes? Is God going to take them or something when you're dead? Does he tell you that you can't give life to others?

1. Err.. No. It's their organs they should never be forced.
2. Err.. Again.. No. They might have other infected organs or need the other organs. 3. If the person decides before they die that they become an organ doner and sign a release form, then it shouldn't be up to the family. If the people never decided to become organ doners, it should be up to the family. |
