No, it's an actual Hollister store....

Pair of jeans = $19.90

Yeah...I don't shop that much at Hollister though...I just happen to have that receipt from a long time ago

Ahhh, I know where that is. I'm near Milpitas and I go to Great Mall every weekend.

Yeah, I buy clothes from Hollister, A&E, and A&F (Too expensive but I usually get them when I can espicially if it's clearance -- there clothes smell good for some reason). I don't think there stuck up at all whoever wears it. I just go to those stores because I guess the clothing looks nice, preppy. But usually I go to Zumiez, Pac Sun, & Tilly's! =p

It's really not anything special. And I'd rather not wear the same thing that every other girl like you is wearing. rolleyes.gif

COMPLETELY agree. thumbsup.gif
i do however own a limited amount of A&F junk though.. rolleyes.gif
but one thing that i have noticed is that both pairs of jeans i have from there are completely trashed because the denim they use is so weak or something. the jeans had holes in them already & all but after just like 3 washes those holes turned into GIGANTIC holes & they're constantly getting bigger. it is SO annoying. pinch.gif

lol those two jeans combined would've costed at least $120. Since they're "destroyed", they'd be $140 total, at least. OUCH. :/

I have a pair of True Religions (why yes, they're real) that have the huge pre-slashed style on them and everything, and I've washed it probably 4 times, and the threads haven't ripped yet to make holes. Yay high quality :D

Am I the only one who does NOT think their (A&F and all that crap) clothes smell nice? I mean, you practically WASH the clothes and the smell is gone. And the smell is so common to me (my sister and friends work at A&F, KTHX) and when I enter the store, it doesn't even faze me. Can hardly smell it. rolleyes.gif

I hate hollister/af (mens), Never been to aero or american eagle. why do i hate them ? their stores. Theyre really dark inside, play horrible remixes to songs that were good before, smells wierd. half nekked men on the pictures everywhere. how do workers stand it. oh and their shirts have no design at all. From what i remember (i ve been in there a lot my brother shops ther ) almost all their shirts are plain colored shirts with the writing abercrombie and fitch written on it and all the shirts have a faded look. to me it looks used. not faded or "vintage". i like shirts with a design on it. not to mention 30 bucks for a shirt ??????? Its not that i cant afford it but I can buy my own clored shirt and stitch on some letters. and their jeans are crappy too

^Maybe it's dark inside Hollister, but it's definitely not dark in Aeropostale or AE. I don't think it's that dark in Abercrombie or A&F either... I don't go to Abercrombie and A&F so much so I don't remember.

my mother dosnt like it and i dont fit any of their clothes.... except AE , but still their stuff is so expensive. I'd rather get a pair of jeans from target (even though they arn't real denim) then waste my money on that.

yeah it's dark in abercrombie

Target sells fake jeans? What are fake jeans? Are you taking fabric-wise, or imitation jeans?

I don't like how the stores are dark inside, it makes it hard to judge colors, especially when I'm looking for something to match with. sad.gif I rarely buy from those stores anymore.. you end up seeing someone in school the next day who has THE EXACT SAME THING on, and it gets annoying after a while.. "OMG THAT'S MY SHIRT KEKEKEKE!"

i don't like abercrombie. i semi-like hollister. i semi-like aeropostale. i 75% like american eagle. they actually have large sizes online! [up to 18 - which i am] so if i'm gonna spend $60 on a pair of jeans thats not from lane bryant then it would be from there. plus, i have a wallet from there.

i think ALL of their stuff is overpriced. except american eagle accessories. my wallet was like $15.

I do agree that you are paying for the brand, but some of Abercrombie's stuff is worth the price because the quality is excellent. I shop at these stores and many others. I dislike it when people claim loyality to only one store and make it out as if that store is the best store on this Earth. I buy whatever i like, not because of what brand it is.

^ The quality of abercrombie isn't excellent, it's just.. okay.
I bought one of their pink knits 2 weeks ago, and I only wore it 2-3 times. Near the shoulder part, I found a small hole. Wtf?

The quality of Hollister is pretty good though.

I actually don't like any of those brands. They're just not my style at all; they're far too simple and generic. Plus, far too many Californians are obsessed with those brands. I don't like following the crowd. ;)

I cannot stand Hollister/AE/A&F/Aeropostale. It's a "designer" label, so why do all of their clothes look so sloppy? Besides, the kids that shop at those stores are always those clowns with absolutely no sense of personal style, so there's always 28973497 kids with the same outfits because they only shop at those stores. Sheep.

Eh I don't think there is a difference. A&F and Hollister are the same company, and Hollister is the cheaper store. How's it better?

1. HCo/A&F isn't designer label
2. At least they probably have better bodies than you.
3. You're just mad cause you can't afford their clothes.
4. Everyone is sheep because then you wouldn't be buying your clothes out of shops. You'd be knitting and sewing your own clothes instead.

1. When I said designer, I was using that to imply that it was a label that was supposed to have a certain quality, but if I'm wrong I'm wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if those stores use focus groups to design their clothes instead of actual designers.

2. Are you implying that I'm unattractive? Oh behave.

3. When did I say anything about prices?

4. Even if I sewed my clothes I'd still be copying someone. Besides, you missed my point. Those kids don't shop at those stores because they like it, they shop at those stores to fit in.
