Is it possible to take a cutout like this from Photoshop and make it in Paint Shop Pro?

What type of lasso's does PSP have? Magnetic? polygonal? Polygonal will create straight lines, just like the one in the picture, all you have to do is manipulate it to do so.

I know how to do it, now.
