Creating a background made with icons? |

Does anybody know how to make your own layout with icons that you have found on say, photobucket or something? Here is a link to an example of what I mean...

To make the background you just use a program such as photoshop, paint shop pro, gimp or paint. Then you just create it. Paste the icons next to each other etc. Then save.
