WEIRD MYSPACE ANOMOLY-- Never seen this before, Print/Save Menu Automatically Popsup On Rollover Options

I am building a div layout for my friend and have encountered a weird problem that I have never seen before. I use a Mac, he uses a PC. When he rollsover the background image, the print/save menu popsup automatically. And the ad at the top doesn't show. What would cause this? I looked at the PC at work and it doesn't do it. I can't recreate the problem on my end. I've combed through my code and can't seem to figure it out. His page is set to private and he told me if there was anyone here who can help then to send them over (message me and I'll have him add you).

When I take out the div layer with the background image, he said the problem goes away. So it seems to be something with that layer. Here's the code for that layer:

It has to have that extra /div tag in it or it screws up my borders in my other div sections. I've use the same basic code as a template in all my other layouts and have not had a problem. Here's the entire code:
