Hi i'm trying to made a flash thing where one objects turns into another but it goes way too fast.Plus u can only see the image it turns into for a second at the end. So.. i was wondering how to make the animation slow down and how to make the end on the animation pause for a bit at the end or just stop on the finishign image. Oh and also pause a bit on the starting image. I'm still pretty new at flash so yeah...

you have to slow down the different layers to the ammount of time you want them to pause or slow down. what program are you using?
go to your layers dialogue and right click on the layer you want to change. go to the name box where you change the name and add however many miliseconds[ms] you want i to slow down as. so if i wanted to slow it down a little i would start my estimate at around fifty ms. and i would have something like this as my title.

layer 1(50ms)
