But no it doesn't hurt as bad as everyone puts it up to be! Yes it does hurt a little more since its all cartilage but it only hurts at first the next day your fine!
They look really cute which is why I wanted to get one, but you can only get them at tattoo parlors (at least here) so I haven't found a place yet. Anyway it takes time to heal more than a regular piercing. As long as you keep your ears clean with soap and such you should be fine. They'll probably tell you all you need to know and answer any question you may have as well if you go get it done. My dads best friends wife doesn't handle pain AT ALL and she got one, so I mean it can't be to bad keep that in mind. |

^ I hear it's not the piercing part that hurts the most, but getting the bar through both holes right after they're pierced that does.

haha. i'm a bad speller.
yea, i didn' even reiaze that there was a gauge at the bottom. otherwise i would've found another picture so people wouldn't be confused. i wsa thinking eighty was a bit high, but i wasn't going to argue with them. i've had my ear lobes pierced twice and my carliadge pierced once. so i handle pain okay. the carliadge one i already have is majorly close to the one on the industrial close to the head. i'll probably end up facing my fears and getting it since i want it so bad. it's original. :]] |

My friend did that with an old rusty pin and claimed it didn't hurt and didn't get infected, but I wouldn't know. |

ahh i have always wanted an industrial! the pain is what keeps me from getting one though lol but im willing to try it soon! ive been told that it takes time for it to heal and to make sure i clean it everyday but im sure in the end, it'll be worth it. if you do decide to get one, can you let me know? i wanna see how it went

I got mine done like 2 months ago. It didn't hurt that bad, and I'm horrible with pain so I'm not lying. But I think you should get it done.
