I like simple layouts where are you need to do is put it into your L&F or your profile without editing much

I like div overlays. They are easy to read and you can have a lot of info you want to put in whether its myspace, xanga, website, etc. Sometimes, I do like tables (sadly doesn't work with myspace, gotta find a way) if it looks nice. (x
