This is not the only situation where staff members behind the demodding of Kaycee have avoided the subject to be discussed.

I think that so many people want to know and think they can handle it because we're the community, and whatever goes on in the community would obviously want to be known by everyone.

If the other Mods feel as though she should've been demoted with good reason, then so be it. Why must everyone know? Perhaps its not something good to be shared with? Whats the point of not trusting the people you put in power?

come on guys. no one is being the bigger person here. it seems like everyone is against suzzette, but she's not a one man team. she wasn't in the position to get rid of her. we all know that the people higher up are somewhat justified. not everything needs to be known. might i bring up that not everyone knows why nicki was put on leave from her people staff job and james was suspended? did everyone make a big deal out of that? NO. now let's stop and be civilized unless everyone just wants to end up looking like more of an ass. this whole "strike" thing is being overdone, too, and is really tedious. congrats on supporting her, but back to nicki...no one stepped down when she was taken off and yet no one looked for the truth either. now, let's stop the bickering and move on.

funny how it's easy to see both sides, but the one's that are siding with kaycee can't even back up what they're saying. you're not stepping down because you believe in what she did was right, but rather because you DON'T know what she did and wish to know.

If something bad enough happened to result in a mod being fired, then I think the rest of the mods should have been informed of what exactly happened. But did that happen?
