i'm trying not to take a side since i don't know the situation. But, really, i don't understand why the people shouldn't get to know why the reason someone on the people staff was actually dismissed. Especially since it's controversial.

I think it's Kaycee's choice as to whether she wants to tell us or not; but if she wants to, then I don't see why staff should try to prevent her from NOT telling.

what don't you believe exactly?
you tell us nothing, just saying that she deserved it, and what, you expected nothing to come of that? that was pretty stupid.

Kaycee has nothing else she can tell us about her demotion, other than her post here.

What is this supposed to accomplish?

I think it's funny that everyone is taking sides without knowing the facts. Since your mind is already made up, what's the point?
This is an exhibition of a weak staff/community relationship. How about listening to the community for once and telling them what's up? You won't listen to even your fellow staff members!

In this particular case, Kaycee's demotion was not justified.

think of it like the government, whatever stays in there stays in there especially those of higher officials being the head staff and the admins of this site, we are like the people that demand answers as of demanding and questioning Bush's authority. They could fire him or anyone in office with the consent of the other higher officials even if that person may not know what he/she did wrong. but in Kaycee's case she does not know what she did wrong to get fired, but I'm pretty sure if she took the time to think and look at what she might have done to get fired, then I think all this support and fighting may be futile. People now in the community question the actions and motives of the staff members, if their reasons are to be kept within that area then let it be. I'm not taking sides for anyone but pointing out some stuff that ya'll shold think about before running your mouths arguing why something shouldnt have happend or without knowing the reason why it happened.

Just because I'm the so-called "voice" of the "Anti-Kaycee" movement, doesn't mean there's a conspiracy against her or something. Ultimately, it wasn't my decision. Why don't you seek the answers to your questions from the source, or atleast the people who were directly involved in her removal from the staff team?
Yes.
Isn't that the first thing we tried?

Which utterly failed and brought us here...

Yes.
still not taking sides, but how is that fair to the community and better yet the staff team as a whole? you had told james you were NOT on staff. i understand you still have power to see backstage, but not being a member of the staff team, you shouldn't be allowed to know the reasoning behind it either.

but the question is, how? if it's that obvious, why doesn't every other staff member know?

i understand and like i said, i'm really not trying to take sides. it's just the facts on both sides are really misconstrued right now and it's getting kind of annoying at the moment.

one last question...since you were the "first to know", were you the one to bring it to the staffs attention?

No, if you haven't noticed..the head staff/admins: Kiera, Mona, Rebecca and Dani haven't been on that much since this happened. So instead everyone is badgering me, when I've been saying for a while now..It's not my business to tell. I didn't fire Kaycee, so if you really want to know..go to the source.
Don't you think we've been asking the head staff and admins via PMs and IMs? They only reply with "this cannot be discussed" and etcetera etcetera. Besides, you are part of the source.

ok, i understand suzzette is a source and yes, i found out that she was the one to present the information to the staff, but quoting that is doing nothing for your cause except again pointing out the fact that suzzette is involved.

^ That was the point I was trying to make at the moment. We were going to the sources, and well, Suzzette was totally legible for "badgering."

Besides Suzzette, how would you know that we haven't been trying to get information from the "sources."

Keep trying then Arjuna.
Sure thing. That's what we've been doing for the last couple of days. This is just more of a public method. In fact, I'm going to make dang sure that they're hearing us out:

Arjuna (ArjunaCapulong) has stepped down from his People Staff position.
