You know, it's ridiculous that there are staff members (myself included) that don't even know the real reason why Kaycee was kicked off other than "she did something on a whole different level of 'bad'."

Honestly, it was pretty bad. That's why Kiera has asked that it not be talked about.

To you guys who think that it wasn't discussed, it most certainly was with those who were available at the time. A decision needed to be made and consequences caught up with the individual involved.

I have no respect for Kaycee after this, and I'm really tempted to just put her business on blast. But Mona said not to discuss it, so I will do just that. Maybe if Kaycee could grasp the concept of following the rules, she would still be on staff.

As for James--you are just simply pathetic. You are not a loss. The only thing we should be sad about is that we had the displeasure of having these two staff members on the team in the first place. Your "Stepping down" is just another cry for attention, I hope you guys aren't falling for this bullshit.
