Hm. I mainly use myspace for people I actually know... In my old one, I had a few people from cB on there and found that they posted way too many useless, annoying bulletins.
The funny thing is... I think I learn more about some of the people I know from visiting their myspaces than I do when I talk to them face to face. Weird. |

I can't say that CB has helped me network with A&R guys from jive and put 10 grand in my pocket in one weekend. MySpace has.

It really depends what you're using either site for.
If I want to just talk to people for the hell of it, laugh at random things, spark an insightful conversation or try to figure out new ways to hook up my LiveJournal, Xanga, MySpace, etc, I'm on this site. Even if I'm not posting 10+ times a day consistently. If I want to network for whatever reason, whether it be; music, promoting, clubs, meeting Marines on Okinawa, meeting Japanese locals, etc, you'll find me on MySpace, religiously. Each site serves its purpose. Its more or less a question of what you want to do more and what site you enjoy being on more. I can honestly say, I like Createblog's forum setup over any of the other 5 forums I post on. |

I don't go on MySpace that often. I really don't have a particularly good reason, I just find myself with less and less time these days and MySpace has never been that important to me, just another conjunction function.
