I think what people are trying to say is that you should stop thinking way too far ahead. Thinking about college is nice I guess, but still. Talking about lapdances with Santa and french kissing doesn't exactly mean you're smarter than the rest of the people your age [or that you're ready for college wink.gif ]. Instead of reading all the responses regarding your age and your maturity, why don't you read the posts that actually help your situation? Arguing and bashing the people that are giving you negative responses won't make your problems any better. [Though, I can't say I don't agree with them. I still say leave your best friend and his girlfriend alone and go outside and play. mellow.gif]

What does mother nature say? She says that girls are ready to have babies by age 10, which is when menarche occurs. The reason for this is a little strange though, because many girls at that time have an underdeveloped bone structure to withstand childbirth, but that's beside the point.

Remember that in years gone by, all societies around the world used to marry girls off at the age of 12, maybe even 10. Did most of them fall pregnant? Yes. Were any of the husbands/fathers considered paedophiles? ... don't think so. Then suddenly, Western society decides to make a law saying that people below a certain age are considered children, and it's wrong to sleep with said people. They pass this law, then suddenly turn around and point the finger at other societies who have not followed suit and label them barbaric, inhumane, blah blah blah.
Incidentally, how the law defines an adult differs completely from how medical sources define adults.
