My boyfriend loves that I play video games,
but a lot of our friends think it's dumb, when girls do.
I never saw it as that big of a deal, but I thought it would be interesting to hear what you all think.

girls are stupid when they have a negative attitude towards a good game once and awhile.

dont the chicks know that its sexy when they do? means that you can chill with them THAT much more.

i dont think for any guy its really a turn off.

Theres nothing wrong with a girl playing videogames. Its such a stereotype saying that girls cant play videogames.

Yeah, I figured to most people, it wouldn't really matter.
I guess I should get some new friends, lawl.

I just can't stand girls that play one game, and think they're amazing.
I'm pretty horrid at video games, but occasionally, I beat my boyfriend, so that' fun.

My boyfriend really encourages me to play video games, but I am not interested in the same games as he is. I prefer games like Pokemon, Animal Crossing, Kirby, etc. and he likes WOW, Command and Conquer (or whatever), etc.

I do respect girls that play difficult video games, though :)

I can relate.
My boyfriend's always trying to get me to play more hardcore games than I like, and it can get annoying.
He likes games with gore, or MMO's, and I stick to goofy kid-ish games.

It doesn't matter. But it's a plus if she likes games since I'm a gamer. But not too addicted.

I play Halo sometimes. _smile.gif And I dont mind guys playing video games, I'll play with them.
As long as they arent addicted. I loathe VG addicts. VG addictions ruined a friendship of mine. :[

Guys who are addicted to video games are annoying.
My boyfriend's obsessed with GRAW 2, right now.
But, he'll quit if I ask him to.
It really doesn't bother me.

My guy friends also like the fact that I play video games.
I come from a family that likes to play video games, I've been playing since I was 5.
Hahaha! Some people still get shock when I tell them I would love to play video games with them.
