Hair looks a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Her skintone looks realistic as well. Not that natural on my monitor but it's too beautiful to say otherwise. Anyway, I dig the grey/metallic eyeliner. Perhaps you weren't going for that, but I see it. :P I also like how the lips are subtly colored to bring attention to the eyes. And that's the thing. The rest of it looks realistic while the eyes don't. A different color, perhaps? Besides that, you did a wonderful job.

 Yeah I was going for the dark eyeliner. It took me awhile to get it just right. :)

The entire image has a really orange feel to it, and it works. It really draws attention to the eyes that are, in contrast, a fierce yellow, and I think it's really what you were going for. Nice.
