that tutorial works great, but how would i blend all the clips together with the transparency?

maybe, try to chanqe the opacity of each layer :) like step three of CLICKK

I would suggest using the clips and incorporating them together into a blend with one of our other photoshop blending tutorials (using the clips as your starting images).
