I don't know how you'd compare the two, really. I use pandora when I'm really desperate for something new and all my usual sources are failing me, but last.fm is good to keep tabs on what I'm listening to. My only realy complaint is that I can't get what I listen to on my iPod to show up.

You can find a lot of new music on last.fm because of all the connections between the genres of artists, so it is pretty comparable to Pandora. You can find new music of the same genres that you like.

I suppose, but I don't bother often, because typically last.fm shows me similar artists I already know whereas a lot of other things like Pandora don't as often.

Some songs last.fm finds for the users comes from my server. Talk about a drain when a 100,000 players play a song I host. lol ;p

Well, since last.fm is music-related, I would just start this topic at Entertainment.

Are you a member of last.fm?

I am a member but...not an active one.

Windows Media Player? Yes it does. blink.gif It works for me, anyway. Are you sure you enabled the plug-in on there?
