I came for the scripts, discovered skins... just like everyone else... but then I fell in love with the people, even though I'm still trying to butt my way into your "inner circle" of close knit members... but, being homeschooled this year, I was just craving social interaction (seriously...) and since you guys were so nice...

And my first impression was that the mods were really really mean/strict, but after I stuck around for a while I realized how much work must go into keeping this a friendly forum and I have a lot of respect for the mods and hope to become one someday.

I liked it, it seemed like a place were a lot of people like to be original, that kind of changed after I got around the whole forum though.

But its still there, I was never confused until cb4 came out and I didn't know where anything was XD.gif

My "impressoin" of cb was that this place was better than blogring.net so i was open to it.

Plus it had really nice myspace layouts.

I really liked all of the layouts, then I started using Icons &Avatars, then backgrounds, and the photos &banners.

Pretty soon I started checking back everyday for new layouts and icons.
Heh.

I have a few layout sites, so now that I've signed up, I'm probably going to start putting layouts I've made up here.
=]

Anyway, first impression was, I loved it.
I thought it was simple, and organized.

When I first joined I wasn't sure if I would stay for more than a month, since I knew (and still know) nothing involving designing and I thought that I would feel totally alienated. Then I discovered that there's a tutorials section, so now I just read and practice tutorials and post around as a secondary activity.

I loved the layouts for xanga. I used to be addicted to xanga.
I also was confused on how to use "my controls."
