The layout is alright IMO. The design overall in the layout looks somewhat good. It's just that you have WAY TOO MANY blank spots for a very long layout.

I like this layout but like Ralph and Amanda have said, so much unnecessary white space? The graphics are cool in their randomness and I get the random concept with all the scattered comments about yourself but there is so much blank white that I feel like my laptop has failed to load something....or something.

On higher resolution screens, widescreen for instance, the remnants of your original layout are visible. Otherwise, ditto what they all said. Lots of white space.

Am I missing part of the layout? Does it not work in firefox perhaps? Theres a lot of brushes and then a huge white space, the layout is longer than what it needs to be.
 Also a part of the bottom links is sticking out on the left side and the original myspace layout is sticking out on the right..Perhaps hide the original layout, get rid of the blank spots and put some content in there. |

i actually like your page alot. i like the simplicity yet detailtedness (if that's a word) of it. the middle is kinda empty or maybe that's the look you were going for. it wouldn't hurt to add some more to your page though. nice... very nice so far.

I really, really like this layout. I love the header graphic, and I love the choppiness of it.
I actually love how there's all the blank space, and how everything seems to just be scattered around. It seems like you're just putting out random thoughts about yourself with no structure, and I like it. It's almost poetic, to me at least. I love styles of writing that have no structure, that are based around incomplete sentences and scattered thoughts. ;) I don't know if you intended for it to be poetic like that, but that's how it seems to me. Anyway, the only suggestion I have would be to perhaps make the phrases about yourself a bit more random, to match the layout. Something like, "I like my eggs sunny side up" haha ok, well maybe not quite like that... just more unique, random facts than "i love reading" and "i love writing." the layout is spunky, so the facts should have spunk too. I also think the "i'm quiet at first" should be towards the top. |

I love the idea you were going for. There is just too much blank space. Blank space is cool if there was less of it. (Maybe everything didn't load for me) but yea. Overall image design, etc I really like though.
