LOL, i have no idea what this is.
 I was trying to figure out the pen tool once again and just messing around with default settings in PSP and I somehow ended up with this.. strange thingamajig.

I like it a lot, and I understand that the pen tool is really frustrating. But believe me, I know from experience, You MUST read pen tool tutorials. Its worth it. Thats my most used tool. Its sooo helpful once you get to learn how to use it...
