comment box wont show up Options

i have all the codes in there correctly but my comment box isn't showing up for some reason. i'm not sure why but when the page is first loading for me it's there and then it disapears.

i'm fragile. i'm married. i have a few friends. and they're real. that's better than a lot of fake ones. recent events in my life have made me open up my eyes and realize that i need to live as much as i can while i can. i'm more motivated now to go back to school and make my life right than i've ever been. i wouldn't change a thing about my past. it's brought me to the place i am today. family is very important to me. i spend most of my free time worrying about things i shouldn't. i drink and i smoke, but i don't do drugs. i love my life more than anyone could know. and as abnormal as this is, i get along great with my in-laws. my husband is the most important person in my life, he is my best friend in the whole world. and some people may say that we were too young to get married. we say they don't know us. everyone who does knows that we're perfect for eachother. i'm happy and laughing and i can change into the most moody person you've ever met in a flash. i love to laugh. i enjoy warm rainy days, laying in the sun, sunday mornings, and sex. there are few people in this world that know the real me, and the ones that do will warn you about me. i'm the girl that few people like because i don't care what you think of me. i'm not some barbie girl. i don't follow the scene. don't ever dare say that i do. i do my hair the way i want, i wear what i want and if i feel like walking around in a poodle skirt i will. you can't bring me down. i only let myself do that.
