The second one breaks my heart.
 What a different in those two! (Which I'm sure was the point and I'm stating the obvious) Everything looks so rich (the saturation of the colors, the texture, etc). |

I'm not sure I like how the first one seems overly sunbleached or the the vertical stripe texture on the second image. It's an interesting concept, though.

interesting idea. although i like the statues themselves, the backgrounds kinda ruin it for me. it makes you realize they're just statues somebody accidentally dropped on the floor or tipped over or threw there and ruins the illusion.
