Wow, I think you did great!
 Especially for your first. The only thing I really see that points out to me is the nose. Also on the final version I don't really like the choice of colors and font.  Also the bottom near his neck line is a bit weird, nothing to noticeable. I think you did well with the eyes and hair the most though. Hope to see more like this from you

Vector art actually has a lot more layers . Like the ones here. Anyways you did a really awesome job.
