How do you naturally extend your shoulder width ? Like, two times longer than the waist?

Swimming sounds like an option, since it also "reduces" waist.

yeah swimming defintely makes your sholders broader...i haven't went swimming for years and then a couple of months ago i went swimming and than when i went home my shoulders were aching as if it had a workout. but why do you want to have broader shoulders? if i'm correct broad shoulders on girls isn't pretty? i don't know i think that's u.s. stadards though
