Lather & rinse.
I also just put the conditioner just on the tips. |

Lather and rinse. I use shampoo and conditioner once every day, so I don't want to completely kill my hair.

Oh I use two different shampoos (one for general & one for dandruff) so it's lather & rinse, switch shampoos, lather & rinse.
