Resizing page Options

on my page, i am trying to figure out why its scrolling way past where my page stops... the last table is at a certain spot, then theres just a bunch of open space after it... i hid a lot of things on my page, and i have already look at the no scroll at all script, but i would like to know how to shorten my page so it scrolls some but doesnt scroll so much...
